Mcevoylian twists and turns cannot conceal Neil’s plans to bulldoze part of Cardiff’s Green Belt at Junction 33.

Jake Griffiths said: "The proposed International Business Park at Junction 33 is the thin edge of the wedge in trying to protect Cardiff's green belt. If it gets the go ahead it will give the green light to developers wishing to build on the green belt to work that bit harder to get their proposals through. I did not realize until doing a bit of research after last nights meeting Neil Mcevoys level of support for the business park. His twists and turns cannot hide the fact that his support could lead to the bulldozing of part of Cardiff's green belt."

He continued: "Neils Mcevoys proposal for a campaign group to oppose residential developments in the green belt is a smoke screen to take peoples attention away from his support for the Junction 33 development which he refused to discuss at last nights meeting. While the threat of 4,000 residential houses in the green belt should not be ignored it lies outside the area for such developments in Cardiff and is unlikely to get through the planning process."

"His campaign group is nothing more than a diversion to take peoples attention away from the successful pressure group Consult Cardiff, which I fully support, that has done a great job in a short space of time in drawing peoples attention to the threat to Cardiff's green spaces and the lack of adequate consultation over proposed developments."
