Wales Green Party appoint Development Officer for General and Assembly election campaigns
Wales Green Party Development Officer Sam Coates said: "I'm really excited about starting this work and helping to develop and take forward the Green Party in Wales. People are crying out for an alternative to the politics of privatisation, cuts and sleaze. The old parties advocate a continuation of the policies that caused the economic crisis. We say that you can't cut your way out of recession and want to get people back to work. Only greens are offering a positive message for the future and I can't wait to get that message out in the city I grew up in."
Wales Green Party Leader and Cardiff West Election Candidate said "Sam's appointment is an exciting step forward for the Green Party in Wales. It is going to help give real focus to our campaigning activities following our success during last years Euro elections for the forthcoming General Election campaign and next years Assembly elections and ensure that we can get our message to voters - when people are able to hear what we have to say they like it and want to hear more!"
